Safe Bet applies to listed football fixtures and a specific market. Its name should not be read as general protection for all match-related activity.

The event window can open later than ordinary markets
The source restricts eligibility to the first qualifying Correct Score position on a featured fixture. Its promotional start time can differ from when ordinary event markets became available.
An earlier account entry therefore does not qualify merely because the same match later appears on the offer page.
The refund has both a cap and a new form
The stated maximum is $10, issued as a free-bet code rather than an unrestricted cash reimbursement. Any amount above the cap remains outside that protection.
Credit is described within forty-eight hours after settlement. The code then lasts twenty-four hours and has a prescribed four-selection use structure. These are two separate periods.

Multiple-fixture entitlement is not settled clearly
The source uses per-event eligibility while also giving overall one-account restrictions. That wording should not become a promise of separate refunds on every displayed fixture.
Voided events are excluded. The relevant evidence is the featured-event version, eligibility window, first position and actual issued code. Rotating fixtures and an old screenshot do not establish current availability or a guaranteed escape from financial loss.
